These black ruffle leather ankle boots are inspired by the 80s (a decade that adored anything ruffle) and reminds me of the zippered ankle boots Stefie Talman designed in the 80's. 

Crafted from supple nappa leather, a low to the ground heel booties, detailed with a transverse large ruffle, pointy toe and side zip fastening.
